Pediatrician, Value-Based Care

We have openings for Pediatricians with a new innovative pediatric value-based care model in Jacksonville, FL opening in 2025. The Pediatricians provides comprehensive, evidence-based care, tailored to the unique needs of each family.

REQUIREMENTS:

MD / DO and US Resident
Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics or Board Eligible
More than 2-3 years of experience with a history of working with a large group practice
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Existing patient panel would be ideal (with acknowledgement of value brought)

HOURS OF THIS POSITION:

34 clinical hours and 6 admin hours weekly

3 days working with patients, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
1 day working with patients, 8:30 am – 7:30 pm

$175K - $200K + incentive program
